We believe fermentation should not be forced. That’s why our process is carefully calibrated from start to finish, allowing organic ingredients including quinoa, amaranth, millet and cassava root to ferment at their own natural pace. We never rely on synthetic nutrients or turbo yeasts to accelerate the outcome. The result is alcohol that is clean and intentionally made – because the best things aren’t rushed.
